 If your Alexa device and the application is connected to a different Wi-Fi network, your device will not respond to the voice commands and appears offline. So, make sure that you connect the app and Alexa device to the same wireless network. 

 

Update the Alexa Device 

The outdated version of Alexa could also be the reason that your device is appearing offline.  Update your Alexa device to its latest version available.  To manually update Alexa, you can check for the software updates. You can also refer to the user manual to complete the task.
