  • Click on the 'Start' button and search for the 'Microsoft Store' on your Windows 10 computer. If you are using the Windows 8 or previously released version, you can open any web browser on your computer and visit alexa.amazon.com for downloading the Alexa app. 
  • In the Microsoft Store, search for the Alexa app using the search bar.  Windows 7 users can find the 'Alexa for PC' download option. 
  • Click on the option and begin the downloading process on your device. 
  • Once you downloaded the application, you need to open the .exe file you have downloaded by visiting the Download folder. 
  • Open the file and begin the Alexa app installed on your device.
  • After the successful installation of the application, you need to login into the app.  For logging in, you need the  Amazon username and password. 


Note:  If you have not created the Amazon account yet, recommend you to create the one now. Amazon username and password are essential to log in to the application. 

  • Once you have entered the details, click on the login button.
