If you have Windows 10 PC, you can access the WiFi network with a tap on the ‘Network’ icon present in the bottom-right corner of your screen. After this, choose the WiFi network with format ‘Amazon-XXX’, where XS is the amalgamation of letters and numbers. If you are unable to see it, wait until the pop-up appears on your screen.• Hit the Continue button to complete the Setup on your PC and Alexa will say ‘you are connected. Get back to the application and hit the Continue button.• Choose the WiFi network you would like to connect.• Wait and let the Alexa come online and the device will show you a message saying that’ preparing the Amazon device. Once the setup process is completed, Alexa will say that ‘the device is ready’ and the orange ring light will disappear.
