  • Disconnect the Echo Show device from the power outlet, and keep it disconnected for at least 30 seconds. 
  • Once you are done with it, reconnect the device again. As long as it is about the wifi settings, it will start working automatically, 
  • Once you reboot the Echo Show for the next 2 minutes, you can use it again. 
  • Ask a question again and see if it responds now.
