  • First, you need to open the Alexa app on your device. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, download the application by visiting any supported application store on your computer or smartphone.

  • Once downloaded, go to the application, and tap on the devices option. You can find this option in the bottom right corner of your app.

  • In the next step, choose "Echo and Alexa".

  • Now you have to select the Alexa device you would like to connect to the Wi-Fi. If you are unable to find any device listed, go to the "Devices" screen, and click on the "All devices" option.

  • If you are still unable to see your device, you need to reset the Alexa and then set it up as a new device. To reset the Alexa, you can refer to the user manual.

  • Tap on the "Change" option.

  • Tap on the " no" option. If your device is not in the setup mode, you need to press and hold the button on your device unless you see the ring light turning orange.

  • After this, set your Alexa in the “setup” mode and click on the “Continue” button.

  • In the next step choose the Alexa device.

  • Select the Wi-Fi network to which you would like to connect. Type the password to get connected.

  • Now, wait until your Alexa device connects to the Wi-Fi network. After that, you will be ready to use the Alexa service as per your preference.
