Alexa won't Listen to Your Commands 
Are you trying to ask Alexa something,  but she is not listening to your commands or responding back saying that ' I'm sorry I didn't get that'.  Sometimes Alexa is unable to recognize your voice, but this is not a big concern as you can troubleshoot this problem by considering some important points.
If Alexa is unable to understand your commands or does something opposite of that you have asked for,  you can simply ask '  Alexa,  what you heard',  and she will tell you what she has heard.  You can use the training tool for improving the Alexa dot responsiveness.  Open your Alexa app,  go to the menu icons and then settings. Here,  choose your profile,  and tap on Manage.
